changes to little stone, but some of stone is stronger. They still is big. and they go in to ocean. The islands will average, then go down a little. Then again and again.
how mountain rising and falling?
At start, The water in the ocean was evaporate. They change to drops, then mix together change to cloud. The cloud more and more big. Then it to heavy. The clouds reduce to dorps and faling down. If fall down mountain. It maybe go down of the soil. Then go in to the groundwater and flow into the ocean. Also some of water will evaporate on the soil or go in to the river. Then evaporate at river.
Again and again.

Yes, I agree with Tina. This is a nice post. Try to use English sites, though. I can see how the Chinese diagram would help you understand. You did a good job otherwise.
