Shiva is a fertility God. He wasn't mentioned in the Rig Veda. People thought Shiva spent most of his time and sitting and thinking on the top Mount Kailas. Sometimes, people made Shiva's status. Most time, they showed him the form like a lingam.

Iread the first and second paragraph. Vishnu was mentioned in the Rig Veda. First people worship him as a very important God. People thought he reincarnated to many form. People was often worshiped him that the form of Krishna. Another reincarnation was Rama.

Brahma was born in the navel of the sleeping Vishnu. IN order create the world and produce a human race. He made a Goddess. One half is woman and the other half is man. He called her "Gayatri".
